Blinkx shareholders

A blog to hold to account the (in my view) failed management of Blinkx; even with Chandratillake gone as CEO (and good riddance) the company is still IMO underperforming significantly. It is my view that shareholders deserve to know what the hell is going on with the company in which they are invested (and which most of the management team are _not_ significantly invested in). All opinions expressed are just that, the opinions of the blog owner.

Maybe writing letters does work after all...

Moves afoot to force short-sellers of all shares to declare their position.

Independent:  FSA call for extension of short-selling disclosure rules

Guardian: Watchdog to force short-sellers out into the open

The Times: Fund managers react angrily to FSA plan to name all short-sellers

Either my letter to John McFall MP about shorting caught the zeitgeist nicely, or writing letters really does have an effect...
